A better way to start the day.

Hi friends,

My afternoon energy used to tank like clockwork. 4pm hit and I was done. Turns out the fix wasn't more coffee — it was what I did in the first hour of my day.

I think I’ve landed on a rhythm that works well for me:

  • No phone ‘til 8 am

  • Make the bed

  • Read for 20 minutes

  • Walk the dog in Laguna Niguel

  • Shower

Simple, intentional — and it feels like I’m starting the day on my own terms.

Now I’m curious about you:
